A “World Historical Fact”:The Logical Turn and Complexity Characteristic of Chinese Path to Modernization
FU Wen-jun
Building a modern socialist country in all respects is an important task for the CPC and the Chinese people to face together. Chinese path to modernization as a “world historical fact”, it’s the practice program of the Chinese nation in the course of world history with Chinese characteristics. Chinese path to modernization has characteristics that take scientific socialism as its basic principle, with communism as its ultimate goal and solve China’s practical problems for the purpose. Chinese path to modernization combines “modernization” and “Chinese Practice”. It has rapidly completed the logical transformation from “western” to “eastern”, from “industry-oriented” to “comprehensive”, from “exogenous learning” to “ intrinsic innovation ”, and from “sequential series” to “ synchronous parallel ”. Chinese path to modernization is a comprehensive modernization with distinctive socialist characteristics. Chinese path to modernization balances spiritual and material development. It is a modernization in which people and nature live in harmony and balances the development of China and the world. Chinese modernization has a complexity dialectical character. Chinese path to modernization deals with the dialectical relationship between the individual and the collective, the material and the spiritual, man and nature, China and the world. It has created two miracles of rapid economic development and long-term social stability. Chinese path to modernization is a practical program to guide the Chinese people in building a modern country and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. And it provides useful lessons for the people of the world to emerge from poverty and crisis and move towards a higher and more civilized form of society. As Chinese path to modernization continues, human civilization is bound to reach new heights of glory.

Vicissitudes, Characteristics and Discourse Constructions of the Red Architecture
ZHANG Liang
The Chinese red architecture, embodying the concretization of red culture, is the solidified records of the revolutions and constructions of Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party of China through the journey to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of the lofty ideal of communism. It has become the architectural space language with the Sinicization of Marxism. Alongside the Party’s centenary history, the vicissitudes of the red architecture has enabled the architectural connotations to undergo the change from traditional architecture to revolutionary architecture and to typical architecture, reaching the sublimation in the process of integration and communication. From the perspective of grand history and global history, the red architecture is characterized by being both revolutionary and commemorative, both national and global, and both historical and contemporary, connecting the historical tradition with the contemporary spirits across the time and space. As the bearing of the century-old history of the Party, the red architecture in China has formed a discourse system with Chinese characteristics, Chinese styles and Chinese models, which are conducive to displaying the party’s centennial achievements and experience, enhancing cultural identity and showcasing China’s image as well as China’s voice to the world. Therefore, we should deepen the theoretical study of red architecture in the perspective of history and future and inherit the red gene in the dialectical unity of the nation and the world. The scientific implementation of protecting and studying the red architecture scientifically should focus on the cultivation of “roots” and “soul” of red culture.

The Influence of Foreign Literary “Experience” on Chinese Left-Wing Native Novels
TIAN Feng
Foreign literature is not a simple reading experience for Chinese left-wing native novelists, but a new reading “experience”. Through the continuous accumulation of foreign literature reading “experience”, gradually formed “Russia and Soviet experience”, “American experience” and “Japanese experience” three pedigrees, among which “Russia and Soviet experience” is the most significant. Russian and Soviet literature stimulated the revolutionary imagination of Chinese left-wing native novelists. Not only famous writers such as MAO Dun, JIANG Guang-ci, WANG Tong-zhao and DING Ling were deeply influenced by Russian and Soviet literature, but so were XIAO Hong, XIAO Jun, DUANMU Hong-liang, YE Zi, AI Wu and other emerging, it fully reflected the creative effect produced by the “Russian and Soviet experience”. Among the numerous American left-wing writers, no one is more influential than Sinclair in the creation of Chinese left-wing native novels. MAO Dun, XIAO Hong and other left-wing writers were influenced by Sinclair and left their imprints in their left-wing native novels. The students studying in Japan also played an important role in the emergence and development of Chinese left-wing native novels. Left-wing writers outnumber students from other countries, making the“Japanese experience” a factor to be reckoned with. On the basis of the experience of foreign literature, the Chinese left-wing native novelists gain enlightenment to complete the establishment of the Chinese left-wing native novels, therefore, the Chinese left-wing native novels are closely related to the world literature, especially the left-wing literature, and thus become an organic part of the international left-wing literature.

Network Literature and Public Life:Towards Poetic Justice?
ZHANG Xiao-hong, LEI Jie
In its unique mechanism of production, transmission and reception, online literature features openness and interactivity, replacing closeness with openness and elites with the masses. Online literature reshapes the given literariness as is manifested in contemporary literary discourses. However, the loss of autonomy, the supremacy of entertainment and the digitization of values often lead to the dual loss of “literariness” and “publicness” in dislocation and paradox. With an emphasis on the role of literary imagination and cognitive emotion in public life and critical literary dialogue, Martha Nussbaum’s theoretical formulation of “poetic justice” resumes literary-ethical exploration and reactivates the publicness of literature. Arguably, it is relevant to the promotion of online literature as a literary public discourse in practice. The unique interactive reception of online literature provides a possible means and carrier for “poetic justice”. Meanwhile, the practical and ethical values explored by “poetic justice” enable online literature to transcend its virtual cyberspace. Such transcendence makes possible the moral reflection of literary readers in equal communication with texts, authors and other readers, effectively facilitating their participation in real public life. In short, the empirical phenomenon of online literature and the theory of “poetic justice” are interrelated and reciprocal. While the interactive reading experience of online literature puts into practice the public discourse proposed in “poetic justice”, “poetic justice” functions as a heuristic and normative guideline in unleashing the potential publicness of online literature.

FAN Zhou
The comprehensive statistical evidence of authoritative data shows that in 2022, China’s cultural tourism industry will enter a new era of high-quality development.(1)Quotations on the market:Policy assistance, industrial rescue policies and regional planning are intensively introduced; driven by the market and under pressure, the number of cultural enterprises above designated size continues to rise, which resonates with macroeconomic development at the same frequency, but the recovery speed is weaker than expected. “Four increases and five decreases”, the industrial kinetic energy needed to be comprehensively improved; The new format has developed rapidly and the situation is lasting, which has become a new kinetic energy for industrial development; The revenue of enterprises increased slightly in the east and west, increased strongly in the middle and decreased slightly in the northeast. The policy still needs to be more precise. The recovery of micro-tourism and niche tourism has accelerated, the digital transformation of new formats is still in its infancy. (2) Six characteristics: the supply of products is shrinking, and upgrading quality and efficiency has become the internal driving force for the development of the industry; The expected weakening is obvious, and the consumption of cultural tourism is obviously impacted and suppressed; Factor innovation is outstanding. Digital technology reshaping the format. Digital drive is still the key word of industrial development; The highlights of cultural products “going out” are frequent, and the promotion of overseas cultural tours is speeding up and increasing efficiency; Leading by “two innovations”, traditional culture has broken the circle, and the “national tide” has increased; “Agricultural tourism” and “cultural tourism” are booming. “Deep integration” highlights the direction of cultural tourism industry. (3) Six major problems: the accelerated trend of industrial integration forced the deepening of cultural system reform; The construction of rule of law in the industry needs to be strengthened urgently, and the business environment still needs to be continuously optimized; Industrial classification does not fully reflect the development of innovation and integration, and the statistical system needs to be improved urgently; The operation and management ability of cultural tourism is insufficient, and normalization and standardization construction need to be promoted; Cultural safety awareness needs to be comprehensively strengthened; The kinetic energy of transforming cultural tourism resources into high-quality product innovation is insufficient, and its international influence needs to be improved. (4) Ten development trends: the integration of culture and tourism is accelerated and deepened, and the industry is promoted from high-speed development to quality improvement; Market expectation is stronger than market recovery, and striving for stability becomes the main theme of development; Small and medium-sized micro-cultural tourism enterprises become an important part of supply chain recovery; The industrial structure of cultural tourism are upgraded, and the new format leads the accelerated updating iteration of cultural tourism products; The stratification and grading of cultural tourism consumption is accelerating, and the segmentation field is expected to give birth to a “unicorn”; The market space in rural areas and middle-aged and elderly people is vast to be tapped; The trend of regional linkage is outstanding, and the leading role of major cultural tourism industry projects is highlighted; The trend of comprehensive empowerment of the cultural tourism industry is further highlighted; The development of the meta-universe is accelerating the integration of digital economy and real economy of the cultural tourism industry; Globalization will be redefined, cultural trade and inbound and outbound tourism will be the new growth points.

The Meaning Construction and Organization Order of Virtual Cultural Space Narrative Theme
GU Zheng-tong, LU Zhang-ping
The digital age has opened up a broad space for cultural development. Based on virtual reality technology and the carrier of digital exhibits, virtual museums, art galleries, memorials and other virtual cultural spaces are in a stage of rapid development.Their value significance is increasingly prominent: extending cultural space, promoting knowledge flow, expanding meaning production and expanding cultural consumption, and their core value is to realize cultural value-added. Virtual cultural space connotation and value presentation need to be based on the narrative theme, with the help of rich multidimensional narrative media, using the “god perspective” “user perspective” “linkage perspective” and the theme of constructing space display meaning, and through the “causal-linear narrative” and “theme-juxtaposition narrative” the combination of time and space organization order of logical and artistic presentation. The meaning construction and spatial organization order of narrative theme is the embodied form of the narrative theory of virtual cultural space. In its construction practice, it has been transformed into a creative expression mechanism to display the theme of space, which can help users better interpret the narrative theme of space, understand the organizational form of space, and improve the quality of space experience. Virtual culture space uses virtual reality technology to construct, organize and deduce the space under the domination of narrative theme, which is a beneficial attempt to expand from real culture space to virtual culture space in practice. This exploration will provide beneficial support for the improvement of the quality of virtual culture space in the digital era.

The Competitive Characteristics of Platform Economy and the Direction of Regular Supervision
REN Xiao-cong, YU Zuo
The regular supervision of platform economy can expand the space for economic development, better utilize the endogenous innovation capacity of platform economy to drive economic development, and promote full and reasonable utilization of social resources. Under the framework of endogenous innovation analysis, the platform can be divided into value-creating platform and vale-increasing platform. The profit mode of the former is to enhance the value of new commodities through technological innovation, and the market competitiveness is manifested as technological competition or creativity competition. The most powerful competition policy of the latter is to reduce prices, and market competitiveness is reflected in price competition. The regular supervision of platform economy should pay attention to the development frontier of platform economy actively, and flexibly balance innovation and supervision; Promote collaborative governance and create a model of coordinated regulation that integrates public and private sectors; Classify and implement targeted policies to reasonably determine the boundary of platform responsibility and supervision. Specific to the regular regulatory policies of different types of platform economy, the regular regulation of the economy of value-creating platform should pay attention to dynamic competition. Factors such as market share and duration can no longer be regarded as important regulatory objects, but the key factors are whether to restrict the flow of “creativity” factors, whether to open to later competitors, and the level of entry threshold. On the other hand, the regular economic regulation of value-increasing platform should pay attention to price competition and adopt prior supervision to avoid the serious negative impact of platform violations on the market.

Social Capability, Technological Gap and Modernization Process: Theoretical Analysis and Empirical Test
SHAO Su-jun, YANG Xian-ming
Modernization is a symbol of the overall social and economic progress of a region or a country. The technological gap between developing and developed countries provides developing countries with a late-mover advantage in accelerating industrialization and modernization. However, the ability of developing countries to truly realize the late-mover advantage depends on their social capabilities. As a comprehensive reflection of a country’s economic and social characteristics, social capability influences the absorption, transformation, and utilization of advanced technology from developed countries by developing countries, and is the social basis for developing countries to narrow the technological gap and achieve modernization. Based on a theoretical analysis of the internal relationship among social capability, the technological gap, and the modernization process, this study employs panel data from 106 countries from 1991 to 2019 to empirically test the relationship among them. The results indicate that social capability significantly promotes the modernization process of countries by narrowing the technological gap, in which technological efficiency and technological progress play an important intermediary role. The findings for China reveal that the influence of social capability on China’s modernization process exceeds that of other countries, and an important reason for China’s rapid modernization process is the effective narrowing of the technological gap with leading countries through the continuous improvement of social capability. However, China’s modernization process is currently facing new challenges due to multiple shocks at home and abroad. To continue to enhance its social capability and establish a solid social foundation for the continued facilitation of China’s path to modernization, China needs to further open up, promote industrial transformation, strengthen social inclusion, and improve governance efficiency.

The Emotion, Reason and Law Implication of Chinese Rule of Law: The Origin of Etiquette and Law, Connotational Structure and Modern Function
XIANG Da
Chinese rule of law is the embodiment of Chinese rule of law subjectivity, which comes from the practice of the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics and is an era expression of the traditional excellent legal culture in the legal system with Chinese characteristics. Chinese legal culture is realizing the transformation from legal orientalism to oriental legalism, showing the self-confidence of the legal culture of the times and the consciousness of legal theory. The Chinese-style rule of law interprets its personality traits through the connotation of emotion, reason and law, and shapes its distinctive “Chinese” characteristics. This connotation of emotion, reason and law is rooted in Chinese rural society and originated from traditional Chinese etiquette and law culture. Through the collaborative governance model of heavenly principles, national laws and human feelings, as well as the structural layout and functions of “upholding heaven and earth”, the value of Chinese-style rule of law has been achieved. The relationship between the “law of heaven” and the “law of rites”, the relationship between the “law of rites” and the “law of emotions” constitutes the connotation structure of the Chinese rule of law. In the context of the modernization of the Chinese rule of law, it is necessary to achieve the creative transformation and innovative development of the traditional Chinese rule of law through the relationship reconstruction and value reshaping of the law of reason and emotion, and to achieve its modern function through alternative dispute resolution, governance of the source of litigation and collaborative governance and other practical mechanisms.

Transnational Domestic Women Workers: The “Collusion” of Patriarchy, Capitalism and Gender Class
LI Yong
In a patriarchal-dominated society, poverty falls disproportionately on women, and with gender discrimination reducing their employment opportunities, doing domestic work abroad has become a “temporary maternal strategy”. Women becoming transnational domestic women workers do not break the traditional gender role arrangement, husbands still show their dominant power in the form of mastering the remuneration, etc., and the domestic work they engage in is also considered as “non-productive labor” which is suitable for women. Patriarchy is also maintained by worsening the sexual situation of transnational domestic women workers, which makes them not only characterized as the existence of sexual flood, but also vulnerable to sexual harassment and sexual abuse. Under the action of capital logic, migrant intermediaries charge high intermediary fees to transnational domestic women workers in the name of “service fees”, “entry fees”, “migration fees”, etc. Employers, who have been seen as capitalists squeeze them by extending working hours, increasing workloads, refusing to improve working/living conditions, and giving low wages. The class differentiation within women has led to the alternative labor of transnational domestic women workers as tools for the emancipation of privileged class women. For the poor transnational domestic women workers from the South, becoming a domestic work substitute for privileged class women, is not the right way to leapfrog the gender class, but make them degraded in the ethical order, and thus substantively descend to a subservient existence. Patriarchy injury, capitalist exploitation, and class oppression within the women group are intertwined, jointly creating the negative situation faced by transnational domestic women workers.

The Generation Mechanism, Protection Scheme and System Construction of Algorithmic Consumers in the Digital Economy
LIU Ying
Algorithmic consumer is a new type of consumer in digital economy, which can be classified, predicted and manipulated. The generation mechanism of algorithmic consumer is embodied in three aspects of cognition, motivation and structure: from the cognitive level, the differences between artificial intelligence body thinking and human thinking in terms of psycho-cognition, meaning expression, etc. determines that the algorithm is only a tool of the intelligent Internet platform; from the motivational level, the formation of algorithmic consumer conforms to the trend of digital evolution of consumer behavior theory; from the structural level, the relationship linked by algorithm between algorithmic platform and algorithmic consumer is unbalanced, so algorithmic consumer should be given special protection. Although foreign algorithm consumer protection schemes differ in legal form, they all focus on finding a balance between platform supervision and algorithm consumer protection. It is specifically reflected in two aspects: empowering algorithmic consumers with algorithmic rights and emphasizing algorithmic governance with transparency as the core. On the basis of grasping the laws of the development of the digital economy, China should strengthen the grading system of platform supervision and algorithm regulation, improve the platform data compliance and algorithm governance system, and then establish the platform digital social responsibility and algorithm ethics system. Finally, through the platform governance model and the power and responsibility system for the growth of algorithm rights, the construction of the system for algorithm consumer protection will be promoted.

The Ritual of Sacrifice and the Generation of Songs Related to the Book of Songs
CAO Sheng-gao
The ritual of offering sacrifices to the God of the way is an important system of five sacrifices in Zhou dynasty. It is included in the national sacrifice ceremony, including the regular ritual held on time and the extraordinary ritual in the process of travel. In Qin and Han dynasties, the sacrificial well was used to replace the sacrificial line, and the sacrificial line was no longer included in the national sacrificial system. Scholars in the Han Dynasty were not very clear about the rites of sacrifice, so the music related to the rites of sacrifice in the Book of Songs could not be interpreted from the rites, and the rites and music contained in it were forgotten. There are records of envoys traveling sacrificial rites and drink preserves ceremony in Yili, rites and the Rites of Zhou. In
the Book of Songs,Huang huang zhe hua
(《皇皇者华》) is regarded as the ceremony of repatriation of ambassadors, and
Si mu
(《四牡》) is the ceremony of working ambassadors, which should be part of the ritual of sacrifice.
Xiao ming
(《小明》) is a song of the sacrificial rites performed at the end of the year. The rites of sacrifice, stress on the hard work of the envoy; The music of the song of sacrifice lies in relieving the hard work of those who work. From the perspective of traveling sacrifice system, we can reinterpret the poetic meaning of allegorical poems, supplement the deficiency of traditional annotations, and re-observe the generation context of many poems.

The Filiation of the “Dongpo Hat”:The Acceptance and Transformation of Hats by the Ancient Literati
WU Bi
Hat has a long history in China, but was first worn by the northern ethnic minorities. No later than the Pre-Qin period, "High top hat" has been accepted by the people of the Central Plains. However, the mainstream context in the clothing system of Han and before of the Central Plains advocated the guan while despising the hat, treating “high top hat” as the symbol of barbarian. After experiencing the baptism of the Wei-Jin style and the ethnic integration of the Southern and Northern Dynasties, the literati began to wear hats as elegant. “High top hat” began to be widely designed and transformed to have significant Chinese characteristics by literati, popular in all social classes. Among them, a sort of hat with upward brim and edge pointing at the eyebrows already has the original elements of the “Dongpo hat”. In the Tang and Five Dynasties, “high top hat” evolved black gauze hat with surrounding brim, vertical middle edge, flat top and rich literati interest, the literati transformation of the hat is then finalized. In the Northern Song Dynasty, there were many names of black gauze hats. Although the overall shape was consistent, the details of the outline and height were different, among which a sort of square high hat with short brim and narrow width on the bottom was especially liked by SU Shi. Due to SU Shi’s great influence, this square hat had the special name of “Zizhan style” and “Dongpo hat” respectively in the Song and Ming Dynasties, and was said was invented by SU Shi by folk. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the “Dongpo hat” had become one of stylized symbols in SU Shi’s portraits. It not only had a profound influence among the ancient Chinese literati group, but also spread to the countries in the East Asian cultural circle such as Vietnam, Japan, Korea and so on, producing many variants with rich national characteristics. The formation, transformation and dissemination of “Dongpo hat” highlight the particularity and richness of the pluralistic and integrated pattern of the Chinese nation.

Research on the Communication Characteristics, Logic and Paradigm of ChatGPT
WANG Jian-lei, CAO Hui-meng
Under the investigation of the technical path, ChatGPT has the ability to generate dialogue through the unprecedented training of large language model and the learning of human feedback mode. The strengthening of its ability in word restructuring, self-expression correction and information integration has made it a new engine of knowledge production, and it can give certain emotional response through mastering special marks and empirical learning, the above elements forming a “super simulation” of human beings; At the same time, when people ask for answers, they form a group behavior of feeding AI spontaneously, therefore ChatGPT extends human beings in the reverse direction. With better connectivity and the opportunity to embed into the social operating system, ChatGPT brings new Moore Effect. It can be said the reverse technology dependence, dynamic connectivity and embedding, accelerating stacking hardware and upgrading algorithms become ChatGPT’s propagation logic. Finally, ChatGPT has opened a new subject era of “human-computer coexistence”. Human-computer collaboration will be a long-term social solution. However, the complexity of human-computer interaction and the derivative problems of AIGC may also fall into the confusion of multiple interpretations of interpretation experience. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct value reconstruction on the basis of breaking through the two traditional research paradigms of “subject-object dualism” and “interpretation empiricism”.

The Technical Route, Security Risk and Prevention of ChatGPT’s Intervention in Ideological and Political Education
WANG Shao
Based on the cross-modal deep learning model, ChatGPT acquires the ability to participate in ideological and political education (IPD), thus enabling communication between the subjects and objects of IPD and artificial intelligence in reality. Specifically, after precisely identifying the corresponding mechanism of questions and answers in IPD by feature association techniques, ChatGPT achieves technical intervention in IPD through aggregating corpus knowledge, transforming data meaning, producing text content, correcting and outputting answers in interactive communication with subjects and objects of IPD under a mechanism of Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback. However, the IPD discourse produced by ChatGPT’s intervention has led to the imbalance between subjects and objects, deconstruction of the speculative value of inter-subjectivity, and resolution of the emotional function of the subjects. The technical defects of ChatGPT are mainly due to the inability to accurately distinguish the authenticity of the information source and to fully understand the language connotation. The influence of the two major defects on the input and output content may strengthen the object’s wrong cognition of the mainstream ideology, and destroy the formed cognitive structure in line with the mainstream ideology. As the improper use of ChatGPT will lead to security risks such as ideological infiltration and dissemination of wrong thoughts, it is expected that we should analyze the underlying algorithm technology of ChatGPT actively, study the rules and characteristics of ChatGPT’s production of ideological and political discourse, and construct a positive ideological and political communication and acceptance mechanism to make the IPD subjects and objects’ thinking change from passive adaptation to technological intervention to active identification of intellectual control technology. Thus, the educational mission of upholding integrity and innovation, advancing morality, and cultivating people can be accomplished.
