Digital Rural Construction Promotes the High-Quality Development of the Rural Economy: Obstacles and Practical Approaches
WEN Feng-an
The digital economy is an important driving force for achieving high-quality development in agriculture and rural areas. Taking the construction of digital villages as an opportunity and injecting digital elements into the rural revitalization strategy is an objective need to actively adapt to the new situations and changes in the new development stage and promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. The promotion of high-quality development of the rural economy through digital rural construction is an urgent need for the integrated development of rural industries, an important factor for meeting people’s growing need for a better life, a realistic choice for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the construction of beautiful villages, and a necessary condition for accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Currently, in promoting the high-quality development of the rural economy, digital rural construction is facing obstacles such as the lack of vitality in digital rural governance, the difficulty in the digital transformation of agricultural production, the insufficient application of digital technologies in the secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas, and the need to develop the rural digital talent system. In the new development stage, digital rural construction should start from aspects such as improving the efficiency of rural governance, promoting the modernization of the rural governance system and governance capacity; vigorously promoting the development of smart agriculture and accelerating the mechanization, automation, and refinement of agricultural production; strengthening the awareness of applying digital technologies and promoting the integrated development of rural industries; making up for the shortage of rural talents and strengthening the construction of the rural talent team, to contribute to the high-quality development of the rural economy.

Family Activism: The Structural Resilience and Dynamic Mechanism of the New Three Generations of Rural Families
LI Yong-ping
Since the reform and opening up, the reproduction of peasant families has gradually been involved in the modernization process. Under the combination of traditional and modern forces, the change path of Chinese rural families has shown greater complexity. Although the independence between the parent family and the child family has increased, and the family structure has a trend of core in form, in the face of the pressure of modernity, there are still extensive and flexible cooperation modes between the generations, forming the structure of the new three-generation family. The new three-generation family is a model in which the father supports the son’s family. The constraints of family resources determine the position of the father generation in the relationship between urban and rural areas so that the new three-generation family can be divided into two forms: the “half-working and half-farming” family and the “old drifting” family. The structure of the new three-generation family breaks through the linear transition path implied by the theory of family modernization, and its structural characteristics of “virtual division and real integration” give the intergenerational integration certain flexibility, which is different from the traditional three-generation family, which is an organic whole based on ethical integration and has significant ethical rigidity. Fundamentally speaking, the new three generations of families emerged from the dynamic adaptation of peasant families to the pressure of modernity, which is the practical expression of family activism. Among them, the family goal defines the direction of the peasant family’s initiative adjustment, while the family resources determine the space of the peasant family’s initiative adjustment, and the external pressure is transformed into the driving force of the new three generations of family reproduction. Family activism provides an important perspective to understand the nature of peasant families in the transition period, which has important theoretical and practical significance.

The Generative Logic, Theoretical Connotation and Practical Path of Xi Jin-ping Thought on Humanomics
XI Wei-jian
As the cultural dimension of Xi Jinping’s economic thought, Xi Jin-ping Thought on Humanomics is a thought system that reveals the inner laws of the phenomenon that Chinese culture empowers economic growth and realizes the dual prosperity of economy and humanities. Its generation and development stems from the reform and innovation practice in the new era for more than ten years. It has important programmatic and universal significance for the transformation process of China’s economy, such as multiple transformations, comprehensive breakthroughs and quality upgrading. To understand the generation logic of Xi Jin-ping Thought on Humanomics, we should focus on the internal and external causes of humanomics from the perspective of time and space, and develop it from the three dimensions of historical inheritance, current development and win-win cooperation; to study its theoretical connotation, it is necessary to emphasize the four dimensions of humanistic implications, overall benefits, historical value and mutual learning of civilizations that economic development goals need to include. Given this, the main path of practicing Xi Jin-ping Thought on Humanomics should be manifested as: based on the great civilization achievements of Chinese-style modernization, striving to inherit and innovate Chinese culture in the new era; exploring the innovative laws of humanistic new quality productivity, and providing high-quality cultural products with the goal of social benefit growth; using historical heritage projects as carriers to empower regional and country exchanges. As an independent knowledge system aimed at solving the problem of insufficient supply of social science knowledge, humanomics in the new era may bring about paradigm innovation in economic theory.

The Construction of the Main body of Humanistic Economics: The Cultural Logic and Operational Mechanism of Innovative Human Capital
ZHANG You-lin
For a long time, traditional economics has overemphasized the role of production factors, seeing only “things” without “people”, which has led to its inadequate explanatory power for economic development. Humanistic economics emphasizes putting people first, shifting the focus of modern economic research from “things” to “people”. It believes that the development of modern economy and society cannot be separated from the leading role of “cultural person”, that is, innovative human capital. Based on the definition of the concept of innovative human capital, and the different attitudes of various cultures towards risks and their ability to adapt to the development of modern market economy, regional culture can be divided into two types: innovative culture and conservative culture. The innovative spirit contained in innovative culture mainly has an endogenous impact on the formation of different types of innovative human capital through three channels: guiding, regulating, and incentivizing the behavior of various economic entities; As the three main components of innovative human capital, namely entrepreneurial innovative human capital, technological innovative human capital, and government official innovative human capital, they mainly promote high-quality development of the modern economy through technological and institutional innovation. Introducing the concept of innovative human capital into the scope of modern economic research, economic development is a process of upward transformation in the combination of basic production factors achieved through technological and institutional innovation under the leadership of the innovative human capital class formed by the influence of an innovative culture.

Who is Playing Online Games:User Persona and Supervision of Minors
HU Peng-lin
Online games are a digital cultural industry format that has developed in the new century. The development of the online gaming industry can be divided into three stages: start-up, high-speed, and high-quality.The Internet penetration rate of users, the utilization rate of network equipment, and the utilization rate of online games determine the scale and format of the online game industry. Age, education, occupation, and income are the core elements of the user persona of online games. Since 2000 overall trend of user changes: the number of young users has decreased, the number of elderly users has increased, the number of highly educated and high-income users has decreased, and the number of low educated and low-income users has increased. In the present, vulnerable groups are the main users of online games, among which minor users account for a relatively high proportion but are not the main consumers; Low educated and low-income users account for a high proportion but have weak consumption ability; Freelancers, rural laborers, and migrant workers have a high proportion of users and consumption. From the future trends, the scale and proportion of minor users will decrease, while overseas users, elderly users, female users, and users of new smart devices will continue to grow. Minors are a special group of online game users, and it is necessary to establish a regulatory mechanism based on their user habits: building a diversified regulatory system; establish a collaborative mechanism for guidance and supervision; strengthen the responsibility system for family supervision; optimize the source supervision mechanism for gaming enterprises. We should promote the shift of online game design from low-level pleasure to pursuing high-level aesthetics, guide users to obtain high-level spiritual and cultural experiences in online games.

New Agricultural Productivity, New Agricultural Business Entities and Integration of Rural Industries
ZHAO Hong, MA Yin-long
New agricultural productivity has injected new impetus into the integrated development of rural industries. This paper conducts a theoretical analysis of how new agricultural productivity drives the integration of rural industries based on Marx’s theory of the four links of social reproduction. The evaluation index system of new agricultural productivity is constructed, and the comprehensive index of new agricultural productivity and rural industry integration development is calculated based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2021. On this basis, an empirical study is conducted to examine the impact and driving mechanism of new agricultural productivity on the integration of rural industries. The results show that: Firstly, the new agriculture productivity drives the integrated development of rural industries with significant direct impact in general. Secondly, new agricultural business entities such as farmer cooperatives, family farms and agricultural leading enterprises are the key paths for the integrated development of rural industries driven by new agricultural productivity, and the mediator effect of family farms and farmer cooperatives is significantly greater than that of leading agricultural enterprises. Thirdly, the driving effect of new agricultural productivity on the integrated development of rural industries in non-agricultural areas is greater than that in rural areas, and the driving effect of new agricultural productivity on the integrated development of rural industries is significant in areas with high rural education level, but not in areas with low rural education level. Fourthly, there is a spatial spillover effect of new agricultural productivity on rural industrial integration within the geographical boundary of 550 km, and the spatial spillover coefficient shows an inverted “U” shaped characteristic of first rising and then decreasing. In the new development paradigm, it is necessary to rationally lay out new agricultural business entities, strengthen the coordination and linkage among new factors of production in the new agricultural productivity, and promote high-quality agricultural development.

Data Trading Platform Construction Empowers New Quality Productivity Development: Theoretical Logic and Mechanism Effects
CHEN Jian-xing, JI Qiang
If data cannot be fully circulated as a new production factor, it will lead to inefficient regional resource allocation and seriously restrict improving new quality productivity. Using the exogenous shock of data trading platform construction and data at the prefecture-level city level, this paper studies whether the flow of data elements brought about by the construction of data trading platforms can improve new quality productivity. The empirical results show that the data trading platform significantly improves the new quality productivity at the prefecture-level city level. The impact of data trading platform construction on new quality productivity in the eastern region, the southern region, and regions with high industrial structure and high human capital is more significant. It improves new quality productivity by reducing the degree of resource mismatch between regions, increasing the number of scientific research and technology practitioners, and improving the regional labor structure. The most direct role of the establishment of a data trading platform is to break the transaction barriers between data in different enterprises or regions, reduce the circulation cost and information asymmetry of data, and promote the circulation and transaction of data elements. By accelerating the digital transformation of enterprises, data trading platforms help guide the optimal allocation of capital and labor factors, thereby improving resource mismatch at the city level. Therefore, it is necessary to actively promote the transfer of over-the-counter data transactions to on-site transactions, establish a unified and authoritative data trading standard system, cultivate a national integrated data market, continuously deepen the functions and influence of data trading platforms, and give full play to their boosting effect on the development of new quality productivity.

The Influence of Negative Life Events That Force Deviation from Age Norms on Criminal Behavior: Theoretical Insight and Analysis of Local Typical Cases
ZHANG Xiao-hu
The life course paradigm is an important achievement in studying human life. It is a key topic of life course research on the influence of negative life events forcing deviation from age norms on criminal behavior. Research has shown that age norms define the normal sequence of major life events over an individual’s lifespan, the sequence by which a person will build a normal life trajectory. Negative life events that force deviation from age norms can objectively affect the formation of the normal life trajectory of an individual and even lead to the initiation and continuation of a criminal career. The empirical studies of interviews with typical cases in prison clearly show the significant influence of negative life events that force deviation from age norms on criminal behavior. The occurrence of negative life events in the sensitive age stage will play a key role in the subsequent life trajectory of individuals and even the formation of professional habitual offenders. At the same time, due to the longitudinal correlation effect of negative life events, even if some negative life events occur in the individual’s adulthood, which is not a sensitive age stage, if the adult’s social life situation shows that the ability to cope with the adverse consequences of negative life events is weak, this negative life event will also lead to the abnormal life transitions of the adult into crime.

Normative Construction of the Right to Development in the Field of Science and Technology: An International Law Perspective
GUO Xiao-ming
In the face of the challenges of building a global community of science and technology (S&T) in the new era, the international development law in the field of S&T advocates sharing-based technological cooperation, and opposes confrontation-oriented technological monopoly. Due to the North-South imbalances in the international S&T development pattern, innovative countries on different levels of development, behind the facade of formal equality in technology sovereignty, encounter high-and-low international technological status and weak-to-strong technological innovation capabilities, particularly in the context of “digital hegemony” today. To break the technological institutional hegemony based on technology monopoly in the post-war international scientific and technological order, the international development law against a background of technological globalization focuses on technology diffusion and technological institutional equality, aiming to build a fairer and more stable international S&T governance mechanism. On the one hand, international development law in S&T considers scientific and technological progress as mankind’s common heritage and ultimate institutional purpose. Thus, the general principles of S&T for development assert that all countries have the right to enjoy the benefits of science and technology in an equal, safe, inclusive and open manner. On the other hand, all countries actually or should enjoy four core rights to development in S&T, including the right to self-determination, the right to peace, the right to commerce, and the right to co-governance. To reshape the S&T order, international development law will play greater normative roles in the coming decades.

The Emotional Labor, Role Types and Shaping Mechanism of Baby-caring Domestic Workers
XU Yi-ting
With the development of the domestic industry, the role of baby-caring domestic workers has changed from the traditional sense of simple housework replacement to the increasingly professional emotional workers under the concept of scientific childcare. According to the field investigation in Wuhan, the study found that the emotional labor roles of baby-caring domestic workers can be divided into four types according to the degree of emotional involvement and professionalism: “high professional high emotion”, “high professional low emotion”, “low professional high emotion”, and “low professional low emotion”. Among different emotional labor role types, there are significant differences in professional identity, labor autonomy, job stability and customer evaluation of baby-caring domestic workers. “High professional and high emotional” baby-caring domestic workers can not only provide high-quality baby-care domestic services but also avoid emotional alienation. The mechanism of shaping the differentiated emotional labor of baby-caring domestic workers mainly includes the development status and social recognition of the domestic industry, the professional orientation of domestic workers, employment orientation and the relationship between employers and employees. The trust between employers and domestic workers will help domestic workers give play to their labor autonomy, make them obtain positive emotional labor experience, and then promote the construction of a stable employment relationship between the two sides. In the future, we should strengthen the psychological counseling and social care for the group of domestic workers, recognize their labor value, and further guide the development of the domestic industry towards standardization, specialization and professionalization.

Healing and Life: The Educational Implication of Ocean Narration
LIU Xun-hua
There are four kinds of ocean forms in daily life: natural ocean, idea ocean, culture ocean and heritage ocean. The ocean is an important environmental resource for human survival, and it has its own gene that is close to human beings, which is a kind of healing for individuals. The human sea relationship is essentially a narration. Ocean narration is the main way of the interaction of human and sea. It takes the ocean as content and is based on the inner expression of Ocean books, Ocean travel and other activities, including two forms of personal experience and borrowed experience, and generally points to the inner needs of people. Personal experiences include beach walking, surfing, diving, living near the sea, etc. The borrowed experience involves indirect forms such as Ocean books, Ocean sites, Ocean culture, Ocean music and Ocean art. Ocean reading is the most important form of Ocean narration, focusing on the value of Ocean literature in daily life, and building spiritual homes through Ocean reading. Ocean narration shapes people’s spiritual world, pays attention to the time scale of Ocean civilization, links heaven and earth beyond time and space, and explores the experience of daily life. The ocean is an important source of human spirit and power, and the meaning of the ocean is to build up human will power. Ocean narration has important educational meaning in practice, which is embodied in the cultural orientation of the star sea, the psychological orientation of home sense and spiritual construction, and the life orientation of self-healing, renewal and development. We should actively use the healing power of ocean narration to make it an important resource for individual growth and development.

Accumulation of “Continuous Sharpening” and “Sanctification”: Interpretation of Xunzi’s Moral Education Thought
YANG Jian-bing
Xunzi extended the tradition of “worship of virtue and education” of Confucius and Mencius, chose between birth and development, and collected the great achievements of pre-Qin Confucian moral education. He took “human nature is evil, human goodness is learned” as the foundation, “rites”, “law”, and “teacher” as their rich connotation, “accumulation”, and “honesty” as the main path, building a “learning” moral education thought building integrating “external education” and “internal cultivation”. The logic of its thinking is that people who are generally “evil in nature” should take “etiquette” as a guide and improve their level of “behavior” through the guidance of a “king teacher”, to “be good” or “better”, that is, the so-called “change the nature into intentional act”. However, “changing nature” is not “changing human nature”, but grafting “good behavior” on top of “vicious”, achieving four grades of “good virtue”: “Scholar”, “Gentleman”, “Sage”, “Great Sage”. This process is called “learning”, including “accumulation” and “honesty”. “Accumulation” is the accumulation of quantity, including “accumulation of literature”, “accumulation of rites and meanings”, “accumulation of consideration”, “accumulation of continuous sharpening”, “accumulation of Intentional act of rites and meanings”, “accumulation of behavior and customs”. “Sincerity” is the leap of the quality, the sign of the cultivation of virtue, need to have three elements: true; the unity of nature and man; cultivating both inside and outside. Xunzi’s contribution to the moral education of pre-Qin Confucianism lies in: strengthening the value of moral education, clarifying the foundation of moral education, refining the goal of moral education, optimizing the path of moral education, expanding the content and method of moral education; the limitation is that its “sanctification logic” is difficult to “self-consistent”.

The Historical Origin, Connotation and Elimination of “Ke Qi” in Poetics in the Qing Dynasty
LI Ming
The category “Ke Qi” originated from history, astronomy, medical science and neo-Confucianism, including poetry. It’s in the Qing Dynasty, the category “Ke Qi” was mostly used. As the most important category of poetic illness, “Ke Qi” in Qing poetry had two meanings. Firstly, the arrogant and rough status of “Qi” was called “Ke Qi”, which was not by the moderate standard of neo-Confucianism, having the same meaning as “Jin Qi”, “Ao Qi” and “Jiao Qi” in this aspect. Secondly, in concert with the pursuit of authenticity in Qing poetry, different schools of poetry in the Qing Dynasty all named the “false and untrue” status of “Qi” as “Ke Qi”, relating to the concept “Shi Qi”, “Xu Qi”, “Yu Qi” in this aspect. Qing poetry gave the methods to remove “Ke Qi”. Firstly, the motive of writing must be “honest”, which means truly expressing yourself, rather than the show of talent and erudition. Secondly, the poem must focus on its theme, and the old language must be removed, so as the rare words. Finally, the most important method is the cultivation of the “Qi”, making it abundant to prevent the false “Ke Qi”, and moderate to prevent the arrogant and rough “Ke Qi”.

The Origin of Huang Tingjian’s Literary and Artistic Ideas from the Study of Confucian Classics
CHEN Yu-qiang, WANG Wei
Huang Tingjian’s thought in the study of Confucian classics has fundamental influences on the generation of his literary and artistic ideas, because he takes the study of Confucian classics as the root and literature as the branch, forming a homologous and isomorphic relationship in their thinking patterns and theoretical systems. After discussing the importance of studying Confucian classics and deepening their origins, Huang Tingjian proposed the literary proposition of “turning iron into gold”, which is in line with his Confucian philosophy of respecting classics and transforming ancient interpretations. Huang Tingjian’s Confucianism involves the study of physics, principles, and life, which are respectively related to his theories of literary and artistic creation, aesthetic appreciation, and subject cultivation. Huang Tingjian’s theory of the essence of poetic emotions and the function of inspiration, which have received much attention in the academic community, have also been deeply influenced by his study of life. Exploring the origin of Huang Tingjian’s literary and artistic ideas from the study of Confucian classics can help us understand the deep structure and potential system of his literary and artistic ideas. Huang Tingjian’s theory of literary and artistic creation, formed from the perspective of physics, emphasizes the source of practice, which is a powerful supplement to his propositions such as “the high meaning of words should come from knowledge” and “turning iron into gold” that emphasize the source of knowledge. The reason why Huang Tingjian’s literary and artistic ideas have theoretical appeal is due to their direct connection to the study of Confucian classics in the Northern Song Dynasty. The case study of Huang Tingjian confirms the inseparable connection between literary and artistic ideas as the study of the collection(集部) and the study of Confucian classics as the foundation of traditional Chinese scholarship.
