The output value of esports and related industries in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ranks first in the country, and the development characteristics of the industries is distinctive. Esports presents a development pattern of the entire industry chain, with international competitiveness from software to hardware, from content to events; There are many and large-scale esports and gaming companies with significant economic benefits, but there is an urgent need to enhance social benefits; There are many esports clubs, but there is still a need to build world-class esports clubs to participate in global esports events; The development of the esports industry in major cities is uneven, with Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong leading the way, while other cities provide industrial support and esports consumption, the overall development speed and frequency of esports industry are rapidly increasing. 	27	The Literary Significance of Taoist Immortal Narrative in the Poems of San CAO's Yue-fu

		As a component of Jian'an poetry, CAO Cao's Qiu Hu, CAO Pi's Breaking Willows, and CAO Zhi's Flying Dragon had different creative backgrounds and writing times, but they all participated in literary interpretation based on the story structure of “meeting between humans and immortals”, which were unique in Yue-fu Poetry about immortals. Taking the above works as the center, it could be seen that San CAO's Yue-fu about immortals had evolved from “depicting the image of immortals” and “depicting the scenes of the immortal world” in the Han Dynasty to “narrating the stories of encountering immortals”, allowed the imperial and noble consciousness of “seeking immortals”, especially the experience of “expressing aspirations”, to be personalized. This provided more inspiration and possibilities, and promoted the development process of poetry about immortals in middle ages. The reason why Taoist immortal narrative in San CAO's Yue-fu Poetry, was not only due to the influence of the trend of immortality since the Warring States and Han dynasties, but also because the Taoist biographical knowledge system, especially the comprehensive biographies of Taoist immortals Immortal Biography, repeatedly portrayed immortal stories, provided a religious foundation and narrative model for related creations. Its literary significance was to make special contributions to verifying the evolution of Taoist novels. 		As a natural attribute of Ci, “secular” is also the difference between it and Poetry. The writing of “secular space” not only reflects the unique attributes of Ci, but also highlights the evolution trajectory of Ci. It is an important clue to sort out the history of Ci. The writing of “brothels and mansion” in Song Ci and “Jianghu” in Qing Ci are the two key stages. The depiction of secular space in Song Ci revolves around the courtyard of a song tower, symbolizing the space of secular love. The imagery of “building” and “curtain”, as well as the layered use of poetic techniques, play an important role; The spatial writing of Qing Ci is centered around the Jianghu, reflecting the secular fame and fortune space. It is characterized by the imagery of “secular houses”, “solitary boats” and “windows”, highlighting the bitterness and sadness of the poetry of the humble scholars. From “brothels and mansion” to “Jianghu”, it reflects the common adherence of Song and Qing Ci to the writing of “private space”. The reason for the evolution of Qing Ci is closely related to the unique imperial examination ecology of the Qing Dynasty. 	67	How Does Social Capital Influence Innovation Performance in Digital Entrepreneurial Enterprises: A Path Study Based on Adaptive Resilience

		In a digital market environment full of uncertainties, how digital entrepreneurial enterprises can effectively integrate resources to improve innovation performance is an important issue in promoting the development of the digital economy. Social capital provides a strong support system for digital entrepreneurial enterprises, which can enhance the ability of enterprises to cope with challenges and lay the foundation for improving innovation performance. Based on social capital theory and adaptive resilience theory, this paper explores the impact of social capital on the innovation performance of digital entrepreneurial enterprises and the mediating role of adaptive resilience by using the sample data of digital entrepreneurial enterprises at the national level. The results show that social capital includes three dimensions: structural capital, cognitive capital and relational capital, and there is a significant positive correlation between each dimension. Cognitive capital and structural capital help to establish good relational capital between digital entrepreneurial enterprises and their stakeholders, which is a key predictor of adaptive resilience, and enterprises with high-quality relational capital are more likely to demonstrate greater adaptive resilience in the face of market changes and external shocks. In addition, adaptive resilience plays a mediating role between the three dimensions of social capital and innovation performance. Digital entrepreneurial enterprises can use social capital to enhance their adaptive resilience, thereby improving innovation performance in the digital entrepreneurial ecosystem.

	79	The Impact of Economic Growth Target Pressure on Corporate Social Responsibility Expenditures

		In the context of the “promotion tournament”, a series of measures taken by local governments to cope with economic growth pressure and achieve short-term economic growth goals will not only promote rapid economic growth, but will also have an impact on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibilities. Based on the economic growth target data of 320 prefecture-level administrative regions across the country and the data of all listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares, this paper studies the impact and mechanism of the economic growth target pressure of prefecture-level cities on the overall scale of corporate social responsibility expenditures and the proportion of internal social responsibility expenditures. The results show that the pressure on economic growth targets in prefecture-level cities has an inhibitory effect on the overall scale of corporate social responsibility expenditures, while it has an increasing effect on the proportion of internal corporate social responsibility expenditures in overall social responsibility expenditures. The greater the pressure on the economic growth target of a prefecture-level city, that is, the deeper the economic growth target deviates from the potential growth rate, the smaller the overall scale of corporate social responsibility expenditures within the jurisdiction, the higher the proportion of internal social responsibility expenditures, and the more external social responsibility expenditures are contempt. The effect of target pressure of economic growth in prefecture-level cities on corporate social responsibility expenditures is mainly achieved by reducing corporate environmental information disclosure. Among companies with higher media attention and in regions with a higher degree of fiscal decentralization, the impact of pressure on economic growth targets is more pronounced.

	90	The Social Origins and Evolutionary Path of Institutional Effectiveness: A Study Based on the Water Rights of Four Communities and Five Villages in Shanxi Province

		Institutional effectiveness is a key concept in analyzing social development issues. There are at least three basic criteria for the effectiveness of a system, which are duration, equilibrium stability, and self-implementation. The institutional effectiveness that meets these three standards can be revealed from three aspects: geographical environmental, initial generation methods, and subsequent stabilization methods. The special geographical environment determines the scope and results of institutional choices, and institutional initial generation inevitably contains specific violent genes. More importantly, these systems containing violent genes often need to go through a special process of legalization to achieve lasting effectiveness. The legalization of institutions generally includes three paths: textual institutionalization, sanctification of rituals, and stabilization of interest balance. The water distribution system in the Four Communities and Five Villages of Shanxi Province is a typical case that basically meets the three standards of effectiveness system. It spontaneously formed in specific geographical areas and has continued for more than a thousand years, still maintaining vitality to this day. The social root of the effectiveness of this system lies in the relatively remote and arid geographical environment which plays an externally restrictive role, the violent struggles between different villages that led to the formation of the initial institutional framework, and the legal means to continuously stabilize the effectiveness of the system in subsequent development. The means of legalizing the system include the textual implementation of inscriptions and water conservancy books targeting the water distribution system, the sanctification of annual rituals for worshipping the Dragon King, and the balancing of interests through mutual game and compromise among villages.

		Patent validity refers to the valid legal rights status of the patent, and the patent can be protected by the law. The judicial problem faced by the validity of patents in China stems from the strict observance of administrative authority in the patent confirmation system. Due to the administrative behavior attributes of confirming patent rights, early theories believe that the effectiveness of patent validity should not be subject to judicial review in patent administrative lawsuits or patent civil infringement disputes. However, with the surge in the number of patent litigation cases, the procedure for confirmation of patent rights has led to the suspension of cases and lengthened the litigation cycle, and some disputes have been unresolved for a long time, and the courts and parties have been overwhelmed. In China, from the strict administrative review of patent confirmation to the practical exploration in patent judicial adjudication, this shift can respond quickly to the practical needs of patent rights protection and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productivity. The United States and Japan have their own characteristics in exploring the “dual-track system” of administrative examination and judicial examination of patents, all of them can provide reference experience for the construction of China's judicial adjudication system for patent validity. A profound study of evidence types and the corresponding construction of evidence rules can be called a prerequisite for achieving scientific authentication. At present, there is insufficient research on the attributes of instant messaging recording subjects, context, language, and storage methods, as well as a lack of research on types and specialized authentication rules. This situation has led to the secular stagnation of research in the “formal legitimacy stage”, and there are conflicting views on judge certification, such as “not suitable as direct evidence”, “not suitable as evidence” and “cannot be used as evidence”. Instant messaging records are a system of evidence consisting of different categories. General legislation cannot solve the problems of identity authentication, such as authentication of the subject, privacy protection, and identification of non-literal symbols. With the virtual migration and deep expansion of human living space, ideology has turned to represent its spatial presence in a data-driven form, using digital technology as a mediator to achieve its spatial diffusion, and has generated a spatial struggle with the core logic of competing for digital-life time. 		Common prosperity is a comprehensive problem domain covering multiple fields such as economy, politics, society, culture, and ecology. Its process, elements, and links are closely related to ethics, which fundamentally requires strengthening the operation of ethical concepts and adjusting social moral order. The capitalist “universal prosperity” based on capital ethics faces many paradoxes: in terms of wealth distribution, it reflects the confrontation between the priority of capital justice and the widespread poverty of the labor force; in terms of human development, it reflects the ideal gap between the generalization of capital freedom and the narrowing of human labor essence; in terms of ecological environment, it reflects the imbalance between the supremacy of capital self-interest and the destruction of labor ecological environment. In response to these developmental challenges, the ethical necessity of the shift from capital ethics to labor ethics in achieving common prosperity becomes the inevitable path out of the dilemma.
