		The political ecology of a country fundamentally determines the direction and fate of the entire social ecosystem. The political ecology within the party is the humanistic environment and political state for the survival and development of party members and cadres. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Secretary XI Jin-ping has repeatedly advocated and interpreted the concept of political ecology within the party, forming a relatively mature ideological system. In terms of theoretical logic, a positive and healthy political culture is used to define the sustainable development direction of the party's political ecology, a serious and earnest system of party political life is used to promote the overall coordination and order of the political ecology, the initiative of the political subject of work and entrepreneurship is used to strengthen the self-organization and self-adjustment ability of the party's political ecology, and the good quality of the political subject is used to ensure the clean and upright atmosphere of the party's political ecology field. In terms of practical logic, strictly regulate the action direction and power boundaries of the political-ecological subject within the party, grasp the major decision-making logic of being resourceful and strict, grasp the strategy selection logic of promoting advantages and eliminating disadvantages and promoting righteousness, and grasp the action path logic of adhering to the law, accumulating virtue, and addressing root causes. 	13	China's Special Zone Legislation for International Commercial Mediation: Disputes, Settlement Mechanisms and Institutional Contributions

		With the progressive advancement of China's international engagement, the pace of legal practices pertaining to international commercial mediation and the exploration of relevant mechanisms in various free trade zones has accelerated. However, certain prevailing challenges persist, including the absence of specialized legislation for commercial mediation, vagueness in legal nature of mediation institutions, impediments in enforcement, and lack of review standards for cross-border enforcement. The recently enacted Regulations on the Diversified Resolution of Conflicts and Disputes in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, as a local legislative instrument, has spearheaded the introduction of specific regulations addressing commercial mediation, henceforth establishing a fundamental legal framework for mediation in Shenzhen. Particularly noteworthy is its innovative approach towards international commercial mediation, manifested through the establishment of mechanisms such as Early Neutral Evaluation, preservation in mediation and judicial confirmation which facilitate the efficiency of mediation. The exploratory, pioneering and systematic construction of the legislation for international commercial mediation has provided China with the entry into force of the “Singapore Mediation Convention” and the development of an international commercial mediation system with Chinese characteristics in three aspects: legislative concept, clause design, and practical application. It is an important preliminary system reference and experience exploration, and in a sense, it has also contributed to the Chinese solution to the perfection and development of the international commercial mediation system worldwide.

		The allusive imagery of“Yi Zhang” appears frequently in ancient Chinese poetry, forming a poetic culture and poetic form with Chinese characteristics. From the daily help to the poetic thing that touches the soul and concerns life and death, the “staff” has roughly experienced three subculture changes of divinity (the thing of God), humanity (the thing of utensils) and material (the thing of objects), opening up a poetic way of survival different from the ultimate concern of western religions.In ancient china, the allusive imagery of“Yi Zhang” act as an elephant flickered with the radiance of divinity, humanity and materiality. Through this, the poets of ancient China created a series of great poems, creating three typical poetic contexts: the context of “Arrange text based on allusive imagery”, the material realm of “communicate with the spirits through images”, and the object realm of “kind and not superficial”. They created an aesthetic paradigm of spatialization of time about action poetry. 	36	Fu and Painting Both Unsurpassed: WEI Cui's Ramming and Washing Silk Fu and ZHANG Xuan's Ramming and Washing Silk Picture

		Fu, as the art of language and time, can be inter-textual with painting, which is the art of perspective and space. WEI Cui's Ramming and Washing Silk Fu and ZHANG Xuan's Ramming and Washing Silk Picture were both born in the Xuanzong era. Their creative commonality were reflected in the Tang Dynasty's phenomenon of ramming and washing silk as the prototype, and by clarifying misreading and restoring life, they had become classic literary works that interpreted inter-textual between language and image of the prosperous Tang Dynasty. The key to the excellence of WEI's Fu and ZHANG's picture lied in their artistic conception, which characterized by their broad and consistent ability. From the perspective of artistic emphasis, WEI's Fu fully expressed associations and emotions through the clue of hearing anvil, while ZHANG's picture mainly demonstrated the superb techniques of observing objects and selecting images through disassembly and reorganization, concealment and addition, reproduction and inheritance. 	44	How Does Digital Transformation Promote the High-quality Development of Cultural Enterprises

		Enhancing the digitalization capability of cultural enterprises and promoting the high-quality develo-pment of cultural enterprises is an important starting point to achieve the goal of becoming a cultural power in 2035. Based on the dual attributes of the cultural industry, this paper constructs a comprehensive index to measure the high-quality development of cultural enterprises, and takes the cultural media companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2007 to 2020 as the research object, empirically tests the effect and path of digital transformation on the development quality of cultural enterprises. The results show that, from the perspective of the supply chain, digital transformation can help cultural enterprises improve their interconnection capabilities with upstream and downstream enterprises, break through the geographical space constraints of the supply chain, and improve the matching degree of cultural production and cultural needs. In innovation chain's view, digital transformation can optimize the management of creative talents, reconstruct the cultural innovation process, and improve the innovation capabilities of cultural enterprises. In terms of marketing chain, digital transformation can broaden the breadth and depth of cultural enterprise marketing, improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness, and create a new paradigm for cultural product consumption experience. Digital transformation can optimize the supply chain, innovation chain and marketing chain of cultural enterprises, thus significantly promoting the high-quality development of cultural enterprises. In addition, the infor-mation technology background of CEO can positively adjust the relationship between digital transformation and high-quality development of cultural enterprises. Heterogeneity analysis shows that when cultural enterprises are private, have more redundant resources and are located in regions with low concentration of cultural industries, digital transformation plays a more significant role in promoting their high-quality development. In the future, cultural enter-prises should seize the opportunity of digital transformation, firmly implement the digital transformation strategy, pay attention to the role of core decision makers in the process of digital transformation, and solve the problem of unbalanced development of cultural enterprises in different regions through digital transformation.

	65	How Does the Tax Burden Affect the High-quality Development of Enterprises: Based on the Moderating Effect of the Enterprise Digital Transformation

		In the context of the transformation of China's endogenous economic growth dynamics, taxation, as an important institutional arrangement for the government to guide the direction of enterprise development, is a key force in the transformation of enterprises to high-quality development. Based on the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2012 to 2021, we have explored the impact of tax burden on the high-quality development of enterprises. The results show that there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between tax burden and high-quality development of enterprises, and the digital transformation of enterprises negatively adjusts the relationship and shifts the inflection point to the left. Concretely speaking, before reaching the optimal critical value, the tax burden has a catalytic effect on the high-quality development of enterprises, and the digital transformation can strengthen the feed-back effect and incentive effect of the tax burden on the high-quality development of enterprises. When the tax burden exceeds the reasonable range appropriate to the high-quality development of enterprises, raising the tax burden will hinder the high-quality development of enterprises. At this time, digital transformation will aggravate the resource constraints caused by excessive tax burden, weaken the risk tolerance of enterprises, enhance the concealment of irregularities, and strengthen the inhibiting effect of tax burden on the high-quality development of enterprises. Further, the impact of tax burden on enterprise quality development varies across dimensions, with the inverted “U” shape relationship being more pronounced in green development, shared development and risk prevention and control. In addition, the inverted U-shaped relationship between tax burden and enterprise quality development is supported in all industries, while the inflection point of emerging dominant industries will appear earlier.

	76	The Logic and Effect of Digital Economy to Narrow the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents

		Promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and continuously narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents are effective ways to promote common prosperity. As a new engine for high-quality development, the digital economy will have a profound impact on the income distribution pattern of urban and rural residents based on the principle of inclusiveness. Theoretical analysis shows that digital economy improves the income level of rural residents and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents mainly by promoting agriculture upgrading, increasing non-agricultural employment, and enhancing the entrepreneurial level of rural residents. In order to empirically test the reducing effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents with the digital economy, based on the data of 272 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2019, a double fixed effect test model, threshold effect model, and spatial spillover effect model were constructed to examine the effectiveness of the digital economy reducing the income gap between urban and rural residents. The results show that the digital economy is conducive to reduce urban-rural residents income gap. the digital economy in Eastern China, Central China and Western China has a reduction effect on urban and rural residents' income gap, and the reduction effect in the eastern region is the largest. The restraining effect of digital economy on the income gap between urban and rural residents is characterized by a nonlinear increase in marginal effect, the higher the development level of digital economy, the stronger its reducing effect on the income gap between urban and rural residents, and the level of urbanization strengthens the effect, and the digital economy and urbanization have formed a good interaction. The development of digital economy can not only narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in the region, but also narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in adjacent areas through the spatial spillover effect, and the spatial spillover effect is larger than the spatial local effect.

		The ChatGPT has caused widespread social effects, guiding the world AI industry into a new track of generative AI. As for the technical mechanism, generative AI has powerful multimodal content generation capability, continuous human-computer dialogue interaction mode, and generalized technology application expansion space, which is presented in software form so that it can be flexibly applied to many social areas. Digital village construction is an important national strategy to promote the development of three issues of agriculture, the countryside and farmers in the context of digitalization. Based on the close connection between digital village construction and digital technology, digital village construction provides a new field for generative AI to play its social value. Embedding generative AI into digital village construction has application values such as generalized multi-scene applications, optimizing the quality of rural public services, and causing new changes in rural social life. The operation of technology depends on a good external environment. There are practical dilemmas in digital village construction such as section logic constraints, excessive pursuit of standardization, suspension of data in rural society, and technological social structure changes, which inhibit the empowering effect of generative AI. In response to these external constraints, a greater space of possibility should be created for the technological empowerment of generative AI by optimizing the multiple relationships within the system, strengthening the collaborative governance of government and enterprises, enhancing the empowerment value of data, and fostering the community of digital village construction.

		Relational contract is an important way of contract governance. The occurrence of relational contract of government purchasing public services follows the compensatory logic of dealing with subjects' bounded rationality, the instrumental logic of achieving non-verifiability goals and the beneficial logic of reducing transaction cost, However, latent risks are forming while it shows powerful application value. Through a systematic review, we found that in the process, including “establishment of demand, conclusion of contract, implementation of project, supervision for service and appraisal for performance” of government purchasing public services, “self-serving motivation” “interpenetration force” and “separation discourse” among purchasing subject, undertaking subject and consuming subject may induce “benefit screening” risk on relation preference, “rule shock” risk on informal institution, “task dislocation” risk in relation infiltration, “trust overdraft” risk in acquaintance circle and “deviation masking” risk in relation asylum. In order to promote “good governance” of the contract and healthy relationship of “government-society” during government purchasing public services, we need to find ways to prevent risks of the relational contract, so it is necessary to correct purchasing goal and take care of public discourse at the level of public service value, coordinate two-dimensional institution and reconcile plural interests at the level of partnerships value, construct trust network and portray ethical spirit at the level of relational contract value, improve the management technology and promote purchasing mechanism at the level of governance capacity value.

		Due to the belief that the decentralization of the blockchain conflicts with the traditional legal governance model, the current legal governance of the blockchain is represented by technological self-discipline instead of law and integration of law into technical governance, both of which ignore the importance of the autonomy of law. The essence of blockchain technology is to establish a centralized data “schedule” in the virtual digital world through distributed ledger that distinguish data into two types: “before ledgering” and “after ledgering”. The legal system is both operationally closed and cognitively open, and its unique function relative to the whole society is to stabilize normative expectations in the time dimension, which echoes the essence of blockchain technology. The complexity of modern society has increased rapidly, and the phenomenon of time acceleration has appeared. The cognitive expectation approach related to technological development cannot replace the important position of the normative expectation approach in the complexity reduction mechanism. On the premise of acknowledging that the scientific system and the legal system are independent of each other, the legal governance of the blockchain is realized by establishing a synchronic structural coupling mechanism between the systems. Whether the data temporality unfolded along the blockchain is reversible and the legal regulation through or oriented to the blockchain can construct the basic schema of the blockchain rule of law. On this basis, the basic approaches of blockchain legal governance are to use blockchain technology to assist the operation of the legal system and to correctly interpret the legal regulations in combination with the principles of blockchain technology.

		With the occurrence of the second demographic transition and the modern change of intimate relationships, staying single is regarded as a positive and independent life choice by many young people. However, under the influence of familism culture, the original family is the main source of pressure faced by single young people in our country, and there is tension between the single young people and the original families. In the absence of external solution channels, family-oriented negotiation strategies such as equal communication, understanding of children and becoming parents play an important role in promoting parents to gradually accept and recognize their children's single choice, and helping single young people to achieve reconciliation with their families of origin. In the process of mutual game and negotiation between individual young people and their families of origin, the resilience of intergenerational practice gradually forms. The resilience of intergenerational practice between single young people and their families of origin shows the existence and influence of family community, which indicates that Chinese modernization change does not have the characteristics of Western individualism deinstitutionalization. The value identification and self-experience of intimate emotion have become important forces to meet individual demands and realize family integration, which not only shows the practicability and flexibility of familism culture outside the established institutional ethical norms, but also reflects the recent trend of changes in Chinese family intimate relations. 	127	CAI Yuan-pei and Writing of History of Modern Chinese Philosophy: Focusing on the Construction of System

		After conducting an in-depth and comprehensive research study of CAI Yuan-pei's book History of Chinese Ethics (1910) and other his articles and literature, CAI Yuan-pei paid very much attention to establishing a new framework for ethics, his process and practice of constructing ethics in China was much earlier than the works done by Hu Shi and FENG You-lan on the history of Chinese philosophy. CAI Yuan-pei's established new system mainly reflected in providing a new staging method, which divides the process of constructing ethics in China into four stages: Pre-Qin establishment, the heritage of the Han and Tang, the Neo-Confucianism of the Song and Ming dynasties, then Qing dynasty. He clearly pointed out that Cheng Brothers are a key link in the history of the development of Chinese ethical thoughts and emphasized the difference in thoughts between the two brothers caused the general trend of Zhu and Lu's Schools in later generations. History of Chinese Ethics is a masterpiece formed on mastering Chinese thoughts, transforming, and utilizing new achievements in contemporary international academic circles such as Germany and Japan. CAI Yuan-pei, as the author of the book, gave full play to his subjectivity, well-justified choices, and innovated coherently, which can be called a model of all.

	136	Benevolence,Public Welfare and Commerce：Between Altruism and Self-interest

		Benevolence is an altruistic act out of freedom. The moral and psychological basis of this behavior lies in “love” and “sympathy”. “Love” requires people to consider the interests of others as the purpose of their behavior, and “sympathy” makes people extend this altruistic behavior to strangers. Therefore, benevolence is possible, but benevolence is not necessary. Benevolence is neither a legal obligation nor a moral obligation and is not required by the system and public opinion. With the vigorous development of the market economy, benevolent activities have gradually transformed into public-spirited activities that can absorb more social resources. The purpose of public-spirited activities is to promote public welfare, which usually requires the participation of intermediary organizations. Public-spirited activities should also focus on efficiency and sustainability, but there is still a fundamental difference between public-spirited activities and commercial activities. The form of social enterprise, a transition organization between public welfare and business, should be strictly defined. Social enterprises can use commercial methods such as financing, loans, and marketing, but their ultimate goal is “public welfare” rather than “benefit themselves”. In terms of specific laws and regulations, there should be strict regulations on the relevant activities of social enterprises in terms of the distribution and use of funds and profits, otherwise, it will open the door for some organizations to “benefit themselves” in the name of “public welfare”.

		China's marine literacy refers to the sum of knowledge, values, necessary characters and key abilities related to the ocean that are formed in daily life, reflect the characteristics of China's development, and meet the needs of personal and social development. The construction of China's marine literacy system should meet the actual needs of the Chinese people and the development of China's marine industry, break through the single natural science limitations of the “seven principles” of European and American marine literacy, and fully consider the social, human, scientific and ecological attributes of the ocean. China's marine literacy includes four dimensions: social participation, humanistic feelings, scientific exploration and ecological mutual sharing, which are manifested in 12 qualities, such as the consciousness of sovereignty, marine society, rule of law thinking, cultural and historical heritage, Hyde forging, thick cultivation of sea beauty, scientific spirit, exploration of the ocean, diligent practice, symbiosis between human and sea, resource protection, and marine environment, and 24 specific forms have been formed. 		As a symbol of the eternal spiritual origin and long-standing history of Chinese civilization, the Yellow River culture is a historical and comprehensive culture that takes the Yellow River Basin as its carrier, the children of the Yellow River as its main body, and the story of the Yellow River as its depth. It is composed of Hehuang culture, Hetao culture, Guanzhong culture, Heluo culture, and Qilu culture, and is a diverse and integrated entity. In the regional interaction with plains, plateaus, mountains, and hills, the Yellow River culture exhibits diverse characteristics. In the historical symbiosis with Chinese ancestors, the Yellow River culture reflects the sense of integration and universal collective memory. The Yellow River culture accepts suffering and misfortune, accumulates strength and nurtures wisdom in them, helps individuals develop freely, and also provides possibilities and opportunities for the free development of all people.
