Obscuration, Normative Gaze, and Structural Void: Technological Inquiry into the Changing Sensory Ecology of Urban Space
DENG Zhi-wen
The practical essence of urban space determines that diverse sensory experiences cannot be separated from body involvement, especially embodied communication activities. However, technological obscuration has led to the atrophy of embodied communication and the expansion of technological embodiment. Technological embodied communication narrows the subject's sensory activity domain, and sensory perception becomes a technological existence. Visual space has risen while linguistic and other spaces have shrunk, and there have been abnormal phenomena such as the transition from diversity to unification (with visual and auditory senses dominating) in the sensory ecology, as well as sensory experience distortion. Technological normative gaze and structural void are two practical forms of technological obscuration. Technological normative gaze is mainly implemented through three visual metaphoric ways of architecture, surveillance, and image landscape, which weaken and restrict the embodied communication activities of the subject, strengthen the central position of visual sensory perception, weaken sensory experience, and make sensory experience tend towards uniformity; technological structural void further reduces the frequency of embodied communication, and transportation, communication, and image technologies have achieved the elimination of physical distance and abstract removal of distance in space and time compression and de-territorialization, greatly reducing the opportunities for physical contact and compressing the scope of sensory activities. Desituationalization deprives the sensory experience of its authenticity. Therefore, increasing the possibility of body practice, preserving micro-sensory perception and primary socialization in the technological embodiment is the only choice for building a healthy urban space sensory ecology.

Traffic Disembedding and Return Path of Technologically Disabled Groups in Traffic City
ZHANG Long-hui
The omnidirectional penetration of digital technology makes itself the basic element in promoting urban development, which generates the scale effect of traffic in urban, promoting the city of traffic's emergence. There are technologically disabled groups in traffic cities, and they are out of touch with traffic city ecology because of physiological defects, education level, economic income, age, and other factors. It is characterized by the disembedding of digital information traffic, daily life traffic, public service traffic and financial capital traffic. The disconnection between individual and urban digital transformation, the lack of universal ethics of technical welfare, the unreasonable policies of urban government and the inversion of the relationship between technology platforms and users are the important reasons for the traffic disembedding of technologically disabled groups. The traffic disembedding of the technologically disabled groups is externally manifested as the inconvenience of life caused by the traffic disembedding, but it is essentially related to the fairness and justice of the urban society and the people's urban construction. To guide the traffic return of the technologically disabled groups, we need to strengthen the government public service supply and policy support, enhance the digital literacy of the technologically disabled groups, strengthen the universal technical welfare supply to the technologically disabled groups, and safeguard the digital rights and interests of them, enhance the sense of technology use and digital life happiness of technologically disabled groups, so that modern achievements can better and more fairly benefit all the people.

The International Cultural Trade Order: Governance Challenges and China's Solutions
HUA Jian, TIAN Ye
Optimizing the international cultural trade order is vital to constructing the global governance system. It includes various aspects, ranging from formulating new rules for international cultural trade, resolving cultural trade disputes and promoting international cultural investment to handling deep-level issues such as how to balance countries and regions with different levels of development, how to boost inclusive growth through cultural trade and how to advance the mutual learning and co-governance among civilizations. Currently, the governance challenges facing the international cultural trade include: the international cultural trade promoted by neoliberalism has formed a relatively open but gradually imbalanced pattern; the existing multinational trading system lacks universal applicability; developing countries urgently need to break through the“impossible triangle” and establish trade advantages, and digital cultural trade requires a new institutional framework. China has proposed solutions and implementation priorities to optimize the international cultural trade order from the perspective of building a community with a shared future for mankind. Specifically, these include: promoting innovation-driven development to lead the upgrading of cultural trade; using inclusiveness to balance countries and regions with different levels of development; strengthening cooperation among governments, international organizations, businesses, and non-governmental organizations; and linking the development landscape at home and abroad to find a new path of transformation in growth. The series of achievements made by China's solutions in practice have played an important role in optimizing the international cultural trade order, reflect the orientation of global co-creation, co-consultation, and co-governance, and are gradually becoming a widely recognized “world consensus”.

From Critique to Production: The Discourse Expressionand Logical Evolution of “Implosion”
FAN Yu-gang, ZHU Si-tong
As a pivotal concept frequently employed in postmodern discourse, “implosion” denotes the dissolution of boundaries, typically utilized to characterize the phenomenon of dedifferentiation in economic, social, and artistic development under the influence of electronic media and science and technology. The evolution of the conceptual connotation of “implosion” demonstrates the continual interplay between theoretical inquiry and practical application. Within the realm of art, as technological applications advance continuously, “implosion” manifests diverse modes of discursive expression and practical rationale. In the era of electronic media, as a theoretical discourse within art criticism, “implosion” embodies three layers of significance: “implosion of reality” delineates the retreat of reality within hyper-realistic artistic landscapes; “implosion of meaning” reflects on the vanishing meaning and individuality within artistic works; and “implosion of artistic boundaries” criticizes the gradual erosion of purity, autonomy, and aesthetic value in art. In the age of digital media, “implosion” has evolved into an immersive production logic of “de-media” in the production of digital art, an interactive production logic that eliminates the dichotomy principle of subject and object, and a digital simulation production logic of super-realistic artistic landscape. It is imperative to underscore that “implosion” exhibits significant creative vitality and aesthetic tension in the digital age by presenting expanded possibilities for integrating science, technology and art. Simultaneously discussing “implosion” from both perspectives provides a unique vantage point for examining current developments in art while advancing construction efforts for Chinese theoretical framework of art criticism in this digital age.

Optimization of China's Calligraphy and Painting Artworks Asset Portfolio and Investment Income
JIANG Ling
Currently, both institutional and individual investors in China are increasingly incorporating artworks into their investment portfolios. From the perspective of optimizing investment strategies, one of the most effective ways to reduce overall portfolio risk is to enhance the diversity of art investments, thereby decreasing the correlation between assets. By applying models based on modern portfolio theory, such as risk-return assessments and the mean-variance model, and by filtering, processing, and analyzing data from the price indices of three major markets—fine art, stocks and bonds, and real estate—it becomes evident that the Guohua 400 Index and Oil Painting 100 Index of China's calligraphy and painting market exhibit low correlation with other art investment sectors. This suggests that diversification within the art market can help mitigate overall portfolio risk. For art investment institutions and individual investors, it is essential to introduce calligraphy and painting artworks as new asset allocations to improve the portfolio's risk-return profile and to balance profitability with security. Additionally, attention should be paid to the differing investment characteristics of art sub-markets to enable differentiated and personalized asset allocation. When investing in trending artworks, it is crucial not only to focus on their short-term returns but also to consider the positive externalities and long-term benefits of art investment.

The Impact of National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Zones on the High-quality Development of Manufacturing Enterprises: From the Perspective of Resource Allocation Efficiency
ZHAO Chao, ZENG Qing-duo
In the era of digital intelligence, big data has become an important engine driving the high-quality development of China's economy. Taking China's A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2010 to 2021 as samples, based on the perspective of resource allocation efficiency, by constructing a DID model, the impact of the establishment of a national big data comprehensive pilot zone on the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises and its internal mechanism are systematically analyzed. The results show that the establishment of a national big data comprehensive pilot zone can significantly enhance the total factor productivity of manufacturing enterprises. This result remains valid after a series of robustness tests, including PSM-DID and parallel trend tests, indicating that the establishment of a national big data comprehensive pilot zone has promoted the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises. Improving the resource allocation efficiency of enterprises is an important internal mechanism, that is, the big data comprehensive pilot zone promotes the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises by improving the labor resource allocation efficiency, investment efficiency and green innovation efficiency. The high-quality development promotion effect of the big data comprehensive pilot zone is more pronounced in non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises, and regions with strong environmental regulations and high levels of financial technology development. The economic consequence analysis shows that the high-quality development of manufacturing enterprises can enhance organizational resilience, and the establishment of a big data comprehensive pilot zone strengthens the positive correlation between high-quality development of enterprises and organizational resilience.

The New Quality Productivity Logic and Promotion Path for High-quality Development of Low Altitude Economy
ZHONG Cheng-lin, HU Xue-ping
Digital new quality productivity (DNQP) is a kind of productivity that is driven by digital technology innovation. In contrast, a low altitude economy is a kind of comprehensive economy type that is based on the general aviation industry combined with other periphery industries. In the process of historical development, DNQP continuously permeated into a low economic evolution process and showed an obvious energizing trend. The research demonstrated that DNQP played an important role in promoting the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy. On the one hand, the embedding of digital new quality productivity will stimulate low-altitude system innovation, technological innovation and product innovation. Meanwhile, DNQP will re-engineer the workflow of each link of the low-altitude economy, improving the level of operation productivity and ecological efficiency as well, as promoting the green transformation of the low-altitude economy. What's more, the embedding of DNQP will increase the supply of low-altitude products, strengthen the leading function of low-altitude industries, and promote the sharing level of low-altitude consumption and wealth. On the other hand, the integrated application of DNQP will innovate the low-altitude marketing channels, improve its rationing structure, enable low-altitude monitoring, and promote the internal and external coordination of the low-altitude economy. Nevertheless, absorbing DNQP will accelerate the process of opening low-altitude airspace, low-altitude investment, and low-altitude products. Further research shows that the above enabling effect still encountered some difficulties including but not limited to a narrow enabling range, unbalanced enabling effect, weak enabling foundation, and information security problems. Therefore, we should further accelerate the integration process of “DNQP and the high-quality development of the low-altitude economy”, innovate the low-altitude information supervision mechanism, jointly promote the supply and demand side reform of the low-altitude industry, and adopt dimensional heterogeneous aid policies.

Spatial Justice: Problem Orientation and Its Applicability Limitations in Chinese Studies
WEI Cheng-lin
Urbanization has increasingly highlighted spatial injustice issues centered around residence. Urban Marxists have revealed the production, attribution, and correction mechanisms of spatial injustice. They have brought the spatial dimension into the study of social justice, economic development, and global politics, establishing the central role of space in political and social relations. Spatial justice theory directly addresses issues of rights in urban spatial production and distribution. Since its inception, this theory has been widely applied in research fields such as land development, environmental justice, housing space, and city governance, leading to a rapid growth in related research literature. However, spatial justice theory, based on land privatization and the historical experiences of capitalism in Europe and America, has limitations when analyzing spatial issues in other countries and regions: it simplistically attributes spatial injustice to capitalist systems, overlooks the autonomy of states in capital regulation, ignores the changing class and temporal conditions, and leaves local issues suspended, making it difficult to effectively analyze the complex experiences of other countries and regions. Some current research in academia has not clearly grasped the theoretical premises, applicability backgrounds, and interpretive limits of spatial justice, simply regarding capital and government as key causes of spatial (in)justice. Chinese spatial studies should fully consider factors such as China's political system, land system, multi-level government behavior logic, and developmental stages. They should focus on dynamic local spatial practices and people's spatial lives, gradually developing a local spatial theory discourse system.

The Certainty Based on Folk Nature: The Spiritual Life Dilemma and the Happiness Path Construction of Urban Residents
XU Kai-yun
Addressing the predicaments in the spiritual life of urban community residents is a crucial aspect of modernizing community governance. From the perspective of the folk nature of daily life, the applicability of residents' daily knowledge systems, the stability of emotional attachment, and the unity of value beliefs maintain and support their sense of certainty, thereby promoting the sound development of the structural and functional aspects of the spiritual life of urban community residents. When the folk nature of daily life encounters a highly complex and uncertain environment, it manifests as a sense of unfamiliarity with daily knowledge, alienation in social relations, and confusion in consumption concepts, plunging the spiritual life of urban community residents into a predicament of uncertainty. This exacerbates the inherent contradictions in people's spiritual lives, leading to fragmentation, materialization, and secularization of spiritual life. To optimize the spiritual life of urban community residents, it is necessary to actively respond to the crisis of uncertainty, enhance people's adaptability to increasingly complex and uncertain social life, and seek certainty in the folk nature of daily life. Specifically, it requires building a daily knowledge system to enhance the predictability of spiritual life; strengthening the construction of community social organizations to promote closer connections among residents; advocating a return to the value beliefs rooted in the folk nature of daily life to foster a sense of community life. In other words, it requires rebuilding the folk character of community culture with urban community residents as the mainstay; improving the quality of spiritual life through practices such as community building, avoiding impractical approaches, strengthening the narrative construction of daily life, and presenting the rich meanings of people, events, and objects in community life.

Scenario-based Classification and Attribution of Tort Liability of Generative Artificial Intelligence Service Providers
LIANG Yuan-gao
The development and application of generative artificial intelligence, which presents powerful human-like technology, has led to artificial intelligence risks, the biggest of which is the risk of infringement. The tort of generative artificial intelligence has a particularity, the tort subject has diversity, the imputation principle has diversity, and the legal liability has dispersion. Generative AI does not qualify as a legal subject, and its service provider should bear the liability for infringement. The tort liability of generative AI service providers should be divided into training stage, generation stage and removal stage, and different liability principles should be applied according to the degree of risk. The identification and commitment of tort liability of generative artificial intelligence should be changed from the approach of liability form to the analysis paradigm of infringement scenario. Product-component generative AI applies product liability to its producers, service providers are treated according to fault liability, and punitive damages should be introduced to high-risk generative AI products. The generative AI of auxiliary decision-making should compare the fault allocation of tort liability between the user and the service provider, and assign the exemption of liability. The tort of generative artificial intelligence and large model involves the liability of service provider, platform publisher, etc., and the level and size of liability should be distinguished to achieve a balance between risk and liability.

The Image Mechanism and Visual Construction of Red Artworks Representing the Great Founding Spirit of the Party
HUA Yong
Red artworks are works of art that, under the leadership and organization of the CPC, literary and art workers use image symbols to visually narrate the vast history of the CPC's century-long struggle with major historical events and important historical figures as themes. Organizing and creating red artworks, publicizing the CPC's propositions, uniting the people, and striving to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the historical experience of the CPC's propaganda work. Material production determines spiritual production, and the struggle and brilliant achievements of the CPC are the representation objects of red artworks. Spiritual production reflects material production, and red artworks filled with the aesthetic qualities of truth, goodness and beauty are an important form of representing the great founding spirit of the Party. In terms of representation techniques, the events and figures that carry the great founding spirit of the Party are selected as the theme of the painting, the composition layout that highlights the heroes and the people, the use of the red symbol of the party flag and the red star, and the visual contrast of warm and cold tones directly present the value connotation of the great founding spirit of the Party. Thanks to the dual rendering of the sublime subject matter and the sublime visual, the theatrical visual fusion makes the emotional value stimulated by the viewer rise to political identity and transforms the practical requirements of the great founding spirit of the Party into individual behavioral norms. The visual construction of red artworks fully demonstrates the unique value of image representation through the immersive theater effect.

The Ideological Attributes and Risk Response in the Attention Economy of the Digital Age
LIU He-jian
The advent of the Digital Age has redefined the ideological nature of the attention economy. As an emerging economic pattern, it has greatly changed people's traditional cognition of competitive relationships and profoundly changed how ideology acts on individuals. It has the characteristics of flow monopoly under the thought of “Control”, visual penetration in “Watching” work, and idea isolation in “Closed” devices, which will bring a series of ideological risks. Under the background of attention competition, the game and the selling of technological products with the brand of Western ideology by Western countries, the attention economy has the ideological risks of diluting the authority of discourse, suspending the topic setting, squeezing the spreading position and tearing up the value guidance. To achieve the focus of attention and visual breakthrough in technology unmasking, to enlarge the voice of the mainstream ideology by reverse domestication, to promote the overall identity of the mainstream ideology by setting sympathetic issues, to close the communication position of the mainstream ideology by precise wisdom, and to ensure the dominant position of the mainstream ideology by value orientation of high position, to effectively deal with the ideological risks of the attention economy, to guard the value highland of the mainstream ideology, and to realize the fusion and resonance of the horizons of the attention focus and the mainstream ideology, making mainstream ideology present stronger penetration and influence.

Constructing Cultural Memory in Short Videos: Symbolic Representation, Narrative Strategies, and Subject Interaction
PAN Li-wen
Cultural memory serves as a vital link between the past and the present, showcasing collective cultural imagination and revealing the continuity of civilization. It carries the essence of cultural preservation and regeneration. With the rapid development of digital technology, short videos have emerged as significant mediums for constructing cultural memory, thanks to their intelligent interaction, immersive experience, and personalized social features. Through symbolic representation, narrative strategies and subject interaction, short videos breathe new life into cultural memory. In the selection and expression of symbols, short videos not only recreate specific symbols within cultural memory but also imbue these symbols with new social meanings. By employing skillful narrative strategies, short videos can convey rich cultural content within a limited time, presenting diverse cultural memories. This is achieved through the construction of narrative structures, the application of emotional narratives, and the choice of narrative perspectives, which enhance the audience's recognition and understanding of cultural memory. Subject interaction, as a crucial component of the construction of cultural memory in short videos, promotes the dissemination of cultural memory through comments, likes, and shares, while also driving its reconstruction and regeneration through interaction. The study suggests that short videos are not only new carriers of cultural memory transmission but also build a more dynamic and diverse cultural memory system through rich interactions and forms of expression.

On the Revival of Ritual Studies in the Qing Dynasty and Its Historical Trend
KANG Yu
The revival of ritual studies in the Qing Dynasty was the result of correcting the empty and sparse academic style of the late Ming Dynasty, responding to the call for Confucianism's own “purification” and social morality, and the comprehensive effect of the Qing government's policy of stabilizing public opinion. Looking at the history of ritual studies in the Qing Dynasty over the past two hundred years, “textual research” and “learning from the world” are two parallel development paths, and “mutual verification of the three rituals” is its unique characteristic. In the 19th century, the pursuit of the practical application of ritual studies reached its peak. This is not only a response of academic research to social changes, but also a need for the development of ritual studies themselves. The research on ritual studies in the Qing Dynasty was fruitful, with empirical evidence of ancient classic ritual systems, verified Confucian ritual texts, highlighted social functions of ritual classics in the process of organization, research, and dissemination, and excavated cultural functions of ritual studies serving society. But there are also some shortcomings: although emphasizing the maintenance of Confucian epistemological empiricism, it does not take into account the “theoretical distortion” of ritual studies constructed by Song and Ming Neo Confucian scholars through metaphysics; Although advocating for governing the classics and seeking righteousness, there is an excessive emphasis on bringing the theoretical form of ritual studies back to social reality, resulting in a lack of enthusiasm for pursuing righteousness on the basis, and thus failing to find a good balance between academia and reality.
