| The Ritual of Sacrifice and the Generation of Songs Related to the Book of Songs |

Abstract The ritual of offering sacrifices to the God of the way is an important system of five sacrifices in Zhou dynasty. It is included in the national sacrifice ceremony, including the regular ritual held on time and the extraordinary ritual in the process of travel. In Qin and Han dynasties, the sacrificial well was used to replace the sacrificial line, and the sacrificial line was no longer included in the national sacrificial system. Scholars in the Han Dynasty were not very clear about the rites of sacrifice, so the music related to the rites of sacrifice in the Book of Songs could not be interpreted from the rites, and the rites and music contained in it were forgotten. There are records of envoys traveling sacrificial rites and drink preserves ceremony in Yili, rites and the Rites of Zhou. In the Book of Songs,Huang huang zhe hua（《皇皇者华》） is regarded as the ceremony of repatriation of ambassadors, and Si mu(《四牡》） is the ceremony of working ambassadors, which should be part of the ritual of sacrifice. Xiao ming（《小明》） is a song of the sacrificial rites performed at the end of the year. The rites of sacrifice, stress on the hard work of the envoy; The music of the song of sacrifice lies in relieving the hard work of those who work.From the perspective of traveling sacrifice system, we can reinterpret the poetic meaning of allegorical poems, supplement the deficiency of traditional annotations, and re-observe the generation context of many poems.
