Based on the development of cultural industry, the New York Bay Area launches a 10-year “create a new New York” plan to attract cultural and creative talents to live and stay there, making exploration in building a livable international city. The San Francisco Bay Area actively creates long-term symbiosis between cities and start-ups. Absorbing the rich experience of these international bay areas, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should establish an economic system and development model with innovation as its core, define the subjects of creativity and entrepreneurship in the new era, divide urban functional areas, and make full use of advantages of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to create a world-class bay area with Chinese characteristics suitable for habitation, employment, entrepreneurship, and tourism.
