Abstract:The attractiveness of the city to talents is an important issue in the study of urban development. However, there have been few researches in the attractiveness of financial capitals to financial personnel. This paper discusses the influence factors of the attractiveness of Shenzhen to financial personnel, hopefully offering a reference in this regard. Based on the Grounded Theory, the study shows the financial industry environment, cultural climate, living environment, and talent policies of the city have significant influence on the attractiveness of the city to financial personnel. Among all the factors, the financial industry environment is fundamental. Finally, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to enhance the attractiveness of Shenzhen to financial personnel.
