民俗的数字化生存与文化范式转型

Abstract With the rise of the wave of cultural digitalization, digital technologies and digital environments have been deeply integrated into the protection and inheritance of folk culture, providing folklore with a new living space and mode of continuation. Folklore shifts from physical space to virtual space and undergoes reconstruction, forming a dynamic spectrum between its original forms and digitalized forms, thereby reshaping folk subjects and the humanistic environment. At the subject level, the digital extension of traditional folk subjects, the rise of digital natives, and the hybrid form generated by the integration of humans and technology constitute a multi-layered subject structure. At the humanistic level, shared discourses, collective rituals, and behavioral conventions emerging in virtual spaces give rise to a new humanistic landscape. Digital technology drives the paradigm of folk culture from static preservation to living transmission centered on dynamic interaction and meaning negotiation, enabling folklore to maintain an open, emergent, and continuously constructive vital quality in digital space. Digitalization has profoundly transformed the survival logic of folklore, triggering a series of structural problems and challenges. These include the migration of folklore’s living space from the tangible to the virtual, the gradual dissolution of local boundaries within the borderless network, and intergenerational transmission, which not only faces the risk of rupture caused by the digital divide, but also generates new transmission mechanisms through cultural feedback. Against the backdrop of the national cultural digitalization strategy, it is essential to adopt an open attitude, make good and flexible use of digital technology, and maintain a balanced tension between digital transformation and cultural preservation, thereby constructing a digital cultural ecology of folklore that connects past and present and integrates urban and rural areas, so that folklore can sustain the coherence of its cultural lineage through living transmission and radiate enduring vitality.
