| Preventative Value and Implementing Strategies for Securities Tort Compensation System |

Abstract The preventative value of securities tort compensation system makes securities tort relief an effective way to curb securities tort. In the legal sense, securities tort relief is expanded from providing relief to victims in specific cases to controlling securities tort at macro level. It turns out that securities tort cannot be effectively prevented simply through investigation of responsibilities in public law, and that the current single lawsuit and class action lawsuit are defective. To realize the preventative value of the securities tort compensation system, the rational path for securities tort relief is to establish a compensation system to help provide relief to all victims. China’s indefinite population representative’s lawsuit system is an appropriate option.
