Abstract：With the development of globalization, culture becomes an important dimension in the study of globalization. Essentially, cultural globalization represents the life style shared by people all across the globe, and is a highly developed modernity. Cultural globalization results from pursuit of modernity in culture on a global scale. The development of cultural globalization makes global culture present a landscape in which monoculturalism and multiculturalism clash and integrate with each other at the same time. On one hand, with the development of society, humans share more and more common experiences, which contributes to a single cultural model with the pursuit of modernity as its core. On the other hand, local cultural experiences constantly seek modernity while exhibiting their own charms, and proactively integrate the cultural ideas in accordance with the pursuit of modernity into the single cultural development model.
