Abstract:Cultural technological revolution is a key variable to drive the transformation of the conversion of old and new kinetic energy of cultural industry, and technological logic constitutes a theoretical explanation for achieving high-quality development of cultural industry. It is the cultural technological revolution brought about by the industrial revolution that has given birth to the cultural industry in the modern sense. Cultural technological revolution has given birth to new cultural momentum, deconstructing and constructing new cultural productive forces and production relations. Digital cultural technology is a key technology creation in the history of human cultural technology, which has promoted the rise of digital cultural industry, and opens a new era of cultural industry in a sense. Cultural technological revolution has promoted the dynamic evolution of the development form of cultural industry, presenting the production transformation from “mechanical copy” to “digital copy”, the business transformation from “static text” to “dynamic image”, and the spatial transformation from “real space” to “super real virtual”. The essence of the high-quality development of cultural industry is to construct a new cultural economy compatible with digital cultural technology. This new cultural economy leads to“common prosperity of spiritual life” in terms of development goals, seeking innovation and return of traditional culture in terms of production means, advocating consumption to create production in terms of production methods, constructing new cultural interaction relations in terms of production relations, continuously reshaping the modern cultural industry system with strong inclusiveness, and realizing the transformation of high-quality development of cultural industry in the new era from technological logic to practical path.
