中国高端制造企业竞争力生成的驱动因素与协同机制

Abstract In recent years,China's high-end manufacturing enterprises have become increasingly competitive.In-depth investigation into the reasons behind this trend will not only help promote this trend,but also provide benchmarks and guidelines for the development of other types of enterprises.Based on the panel data of 266 listed high-end manufacturing companies in China from 2009 to 2018,this paper constructs a dynamic panel sys-GMM model to measure and verify the driving factors and action mechanism for the competitive edge of high-end manufacturing enterprises.The results show that innovation is the first driving force for developing the competitive edge of high-end manufacturing enterprises,and the process of enhancing the competitive edge in high-end manufacturing enterprises is positively impacted by division and collaboration (reflecting the relations of industrial chains),and informationization ( reflecting relations of industries),but the regulatory effect of competition pressure(reflecting adversary relationship among competitors),and government preference (reflecting relations between government and enterprises) is not verified.Further analysis shows that there is a synergic relationship between two environmental factors—division &collaboration and informatization.Therefore,we should continue to vigorously promote innovation-driven development of high-end manufacturing enterprises,build alliances for industrial chain research and development,fully stimulate the coupling effect between modern information technology and high-end manufacturing industries in China,and push high-end manufacturing enterprises to build dynamic competitive edge in their interaction with complex environmental factors.
