Abstract In the discussion of occupation health service, employers take their employees as labor capital while employees emphasize people engaging in some occupation have “occupation health service right”. China’s enterprises do not pay enough attention to the occupation health service, and regulations and specific preventive and safeguard measures are deficient. Not very good environment in and out enterprises to provide health services and resource constraints are also important reasons. To provide good occupation health service, enterprises should actively take social responsibility, and take it as strategic responsibility for their development. Besides, government and society should take their own responsibilities in accordance with the needs of the strategic development of “health China”.
