Abstract Since the 18th National Congress of CPC, the new leadership of the central government with Xi Jinping as the general secretary has taken the construction of CPC’s work style and clean government as a breakthrough in their work. They have taken a series of actions, worked in a down-to-earth manner, and achieved remarkable results. One of the distinctive characteristics of their work is the mechanism innovation of the construction of CPC’s work style. The innovation includes education and cultivation, demonstration and guidance, institutional precaution, and the innovation of mechanism of supervision and punishment.
