Abstract：The CPC membership due system is a basic political system that defines the nature of the CPC membership due, represents the membership of the party members, and educates party members to remain true to their original aspiration and always maintain their advanced nature. The change and evolution of the CPC membership due system involves the collection, management, use, report and inspection of the CPC membership dues, which is an indicator of the Chinese revolution and construction as well as independence and great rejuvenation of Chinese nation. The CPC membership due system was established during the new democratic revolution period, which defines that paying the CPC membership due is the basic obligation of the CPC members and the collection standards of CPC membership dues is adjusted according to the revolutionary situation.The above lays a cornerstone for the construction of the CPC membership due system. During the period of socialist revolution and construction, the CPC membership due system was adjusted and improved many times. The membership dues were collected in accordance with the salary level of the members. The basic framework for the construction of the CPC membership due system was established in this period.
