Abstract：National rejuvenation is a task of great objective which involves the manifestation of cultural power. With the changes of nature of the state since modern times, Chinese culture lost its glory and got lost . When the horn of new national rejuvenation sounds, the cultural power, as the foundation, soul, and spirit of Chinese nation, is a driving force for the realization of the great objective of national rejuvenation. In the multicultural age of dramatic changes, we need to be driven by innovation to enrich and optimize the content, form and communication of our cultural power.
