Modern Cultural Market System: Approaches and Direction of High-Quality Development of Cultural Industry in the Greater Bay Area |

Abstract Perfecting modern cultural market system and realizing high-quality development of the cultural industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is of great significance for building a dynamic world-class urban agglomeration, integrating into the Belt and Road construction, and building a pilot zone for cooperation between Chinese mainland and Hong Kong and Macao. The modern cultural market system has five major characteristics of creative talents, dynamic production, intelligent products, customized consumption, and diverse capital. To build a modern cultural market system, we need to redefine concepts and highlight the fundamental role of big data resources in terms of modernization level, coordinated development, demand orientation and technology support. Besides, we need to exercise overall coordination in regional development, government-enterprise relations, industrial development, and industry allocation so as to realize the mechanism innovation of the construction of the modern cultural market system in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. At the same time, efforts should be made to build consensus on regional culture, make adjustment of industrial structure, broaden industrial support, and promote high-quality development of the cultural industry in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
